SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPES (FLOOR MODEL)
กล้องจุลทรรศน์อิเล็กตรอนแบบตั้งพื้น
Thermo Scientific floor model Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) deliver exceptional imaging and analytical performance for academic research and industrial applications.
Our range includes the Axia ChemiSEM, Quattro SEM, Apreo 2 SEM, Apreo ChemiSEM, and VolumeScope 2 SEM, each designed for versatile sample handling and outstanding image quality.
These SEMs offer versatile sample handling, Dynamic experimentation is supported through in situ capabilities like heating, cooling, and environmental SEM (ESEM) modes for real-time observation. Flexible vacuum modes (High Vacuum and optional Low Vacuum/ESEM) allow analysis of non-conductive or wet samples without extensive preparation. Intuitive elemental analysis is integrated via Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) with ChemiSEM technology for fast, reliable elemental mapping.

Our Electron Microscopes
Apreo ChemiSEM System
Designed to simplify materials science research, the Apreo ChemiSEM makes advanced imaging and analysis accessible to all users. Smart Frame Integration (SFI) and enhanced autofocus/autostigmation functions ensure effortless acquisition of high-resolution images, EDS, and EBSD data.
Axia ChemiSEM
Its spacious chamber handles large samples up to 10 kg, ideal for industrial components, while rapid pump-down enables faster loading. The tungsten-source SEM-EDS delivers reliable performance for materials research, failure analysis, and contaminant identification.
Apreo 2 SEM
Thermo Scientific Apreo 2 is a Schottky Field Emission SEM (FESEM) that delivers ultra-high resolution across both high- and low-voltage applications. Its electrostatic lens design and low vacuum mode enable superior charge compensation for non-conductive materials.
Quattro E SEM
Its unique environmental mode (ESEM) allows samples to be studied in their native state, making it ideal for diverse academic, industrial, and government labs. A field emission gun (FEG) ensures excellent resolution, and three vacuum modes (high vacuum, low vacuum, and ESEM) accommodate a wide range of samples, including those outgassing or otherwise vacuum-incompatible.
VolumeScope 2
Environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM) for the study of materials in their natural state.3D SEM for large volume samples with serial block face imaging and multi energy deconvolution. Volumescope 2 Scanning Electron Microscope for serial block face imaging.
