The OCS Cast Film Extrusion Line produces high quality flat film and is given the option to detect and measure optical and physical properties. All settings and parameters such as extruder speed, temperature, film tension, winding force, winder diameter are stored in the touch panel control systems, which guarantees the reproducibility of the film at any time. Devices for detecting gels, contaminations, degradations as well as measuring haze, gloss, density and additives can be attached to the cast film extrusion line.

Possible testable polymers include materials such as PP, PET, PC, HDPE and LDPE and can be in the form of pellets, powders and flakes.

  • Measuring Extruder (ME) comes with flexible height adjustment (infusion position)
  • Maintenance and cleaning positions of the Measuring Extruder (ME) can be approached by means of an electric motor
  • Modular architecture of the Modular Film Analyser (MFA) to facilitate customisation of additional measuring devices

  • Film Surface Analyser (FSA100V2/FSA200V2)
